CADWatch's web application extends the reach of your CAD Incident data to any device with a modern browser, while allowing granular control over what incident data each permission group is allowed to view.
The Public Portal allows for the sharing of specific incident types and details with the public as well as media outlets, giving insight into what is happening in the community and reducing calls for information.
This home screen serves as the home page for both public users and authorized users. For public users they will be able to view callboards for opened and closed events as well as view details on how to use the site and which agenices have viewable events on the call board. Authorized users will be able to access the login screen from here to access the incident data they have been given permission to view.
There are two Callboards for public users. Open incidents and Closed incidents. For public users, agenices can decide in very granular ways not only what incidents to show public users but also what details public users will be able to view.
If a user, whether public or authorized, is not allowed to view the incident details, they are informed that they do not have permissions to view the details.
The Authorized User Portal is where the authorized users of an agency will be able to view incidents and details such as incident comments, location and directions and units assigned to the incident, all based on the permissions they have been granted.
Through the login screen, authorized users can enter their credentials to gain access to incidents and details they are allowed to view. Supports Active Directory.
Authorized User CallBoard
Callboards for authorized users differ in that they will show additional details including units assigned to the incident as well as the ability to view details of the incident as shown in the upcoming screens.
